Using Conversation Feature – The Chat Widget

After logging into your organization’s Performance Scoring Application, visible on the DashBoard (and every other page in the application) is a blue chat widget in the lower right portion of the screen. Click on the chat widget to open it up. After it is open, you may either scroll or search for a user or user group to chat with. The permissions for this view work similarly as the other reporting features, thereby limiting your chat view to peers or those that report to you directly or indirectly. You may also share files and images like you would in most other IM programs.
