The Manage Users tab is where you manage the people in your organization inside Performance Scoring. This is where you add new users, update their information, and make sure they’re assigned the correct role and department. You can also set who they report to, which helps keep the Accountability Chart™ accurate.
It’s basically the control center for keeping your team organized in the platform. When user details are correct, everything else — reporting, visibility, meetings, and performance tracking — works the way it should.
Edit Users
To edit a user in Performance Scoring, log in with an admin-level account and click the Administration (gear icon) tab from the top navigation panel.
Navigate to Manage Users, select the user you want to update, and click their name or the edit icon.
From there, you can update details such as name, email, role or permission level, seat assignment, and user status (active or inactive).
Be sure to SAVE your changes when finished – note that some options are only visible to admins and may impact billing depending on your plan.

Add New User
From the Manage Users page, click Add User and enter the new user’s name and email address, then assign the appropriate role, seat, and access level.
Be sure to complete the Reports To field, as this information is critical for building and maintaining an accurate Accountability Chart in Performance Scoring.
Check the box to send Welcome Email, if desired.
Once all required fields are completed, click SAVE.

Add User in the Accountability Chart
When adding a new user through the Accountability Chart, click the three dots(…) icon on the tile of the person they will report to and select Add. This method automatically creates a new tile directly beneath the selected user’s tile, clearly reflecting the reporting relationship within the chart.
- Enter the employee’s information, assign their role and seat, and save your changes – this ensures the Accountability Chart stays accurate while seamlessly adding the new user to your organization.
