Platform Troubleshooting Cheat Sheet
Quick Fixes for Common Platform Issues
Access & Login
• Can’t log in?
– Double-check email and password
– Use “Reset Password” if needed
– Contact your admin if access is still blocked, ask them to provide a temporary password
• Missing features or sections?
– Platform access is role-based
– Your permissions may limit what you can see
• Team member not showing up?
– Confirm they were added as a user
– Check if their invitation is still pending
Tasks & Accountability
• Tasks not appearing in the meeting?
– Confirm the task is assigned, active, and connected to the meeting by checking the task field marked Meetings
• Task has no owner
– Every task should have one accountable owner
– Assign immediately to avoid follow-through gaps
• Need to change responsibility?
– Tasks can be reassigned or updated anytime
Scorecards & Metrics
• Metrics missing or not updating?
– Ensure each metric has an owner
– Confirm updates are entered before the meeting
• User not able to update their own metrics?
– Check Role permissions and make sure Update Own Metric and Edit Historical Data is toggled on under Management field
– Have user confirm they are now able to update their own metrics on the platform and within the meeting Scorecard
• Too many metrics on the Scorecard?
– Simplify to the 5–15 most important weekly numbers
• Metric is off-track
– That’s a signal, not a failure
– Use it to surface issues early
Meeting Flow & Agenda Issues
• Meetings running too long
– Reinforce timeboxing
– Stay disciplined with the agenda
– Capture longer discussions as follow-up topics
• Team jumping ahead in the agenda
– Use the meeting flow as a guardrail
– Click the Follow Me button at the top-left of the meeting
– Park unrelated items in QAs/Topics
• Issue not resolved during the meeting
– Assign a next step, owner, and due date
– Progress matters more than perfection
Roles & Permissions
• Someone can edit things they shouldn’t
– Review their role permissions
– Adjust access to match responsibilities
• Leader can’t access something important
– They may need a different role or seat assignment
– Admins or Performance Scoring Support can update quickly
Best Practice Reminders
• Keep it simple: meetings, scorecards, tasks, accountability first
• One owner per task, metric, and seat
• Update scorecards before each meeting
• Use structure to stay focused and aligned
When to Reach Out for Support
• If something is blocking your meeting rhythm
• If accountability is unclear
• If permissions or reporting structure need adjustment
• If your team feels stuck or unsure
