What is an Objective in Performance Scoring?
It’s a clear, outcome-focused goal that defines what success looks like for a role, team, or process — not how to do the work.
Add / Manage Objectives
To add ‘Objectives’ in Performance Scoring, select ‘Administration’ in the navigation menu, then select ‘Manage Objectives’ from the dropdown. On the next page, select ‘Add Objectives’ near the top left.

Fill in the required information:
1. Select whether the Objective will be a numeric (objective) goal or if it will be a scale goal (more subjective).
2. Set the Value, then choose Units, Orientation, Frequency, and add the Description of the Objective
Example: If Casey & Avery in Sales are expected to make 20 deals each week – the Objective would be setup like this:
Value: 20 – Units: Integer – Orientation Rule: Greater or Equal – Frequency: Weekly – Description: Weekly Deals Made

3. Select the Scope: Individual, Seat, or Team, then select the corresponding Individual, Seat, or Team the Objective is for.
Next, select the Objectives Category, then select any Meeting(s) you want the Objective to display in the Scorecard.
Click ‘Add Metric/Objective’ to complete.
Note: Objectives can be added within a Meeting by navigating to the Meeting Scorecard and selecting
‘+ Objective’
