What are Tasks in Performance Scoring?
In Performance Scoring, a task is a clear, specific action assigned to one person that supports a goal, metric, or priority. Its purpose is to turn strategy into execution by creating ownership, accountability, and measurable progress. Tasks make work visible and scorable, enabling better coaching, alignment, and consistent performance.
Accessing Tasks
You can view your tasks at any time by clicking My Tasks in the top navigation panel or by using the My Task List widget directly on your dashboard. Both options take you to the same task view, keeping your work easy to access no matter where you are in the platform.
- To create a new task, click the Add Task button shown in the image, highlighted by the arrow.
Adding a meeting to a Task in Performance Scoring is important because it creates a clear, accountable link between what needs to be done and when or where it will be discussed, reviewed, or completed.
Simply put, it creates clear visibility of your team’s assigned Tasks once a meeting has been attached.
Creating a Taskin a Meeting, will directly attach that Task to that Meeting.

Adding tasks directly from within meeting
Task can be added from within a meeting in multiple ways.
To add a task from the Q&A agenda section, open the meeting and navigate to the Q&A item where the action was discussed. From that Q&A entry, select the option to add or create a task, assign an owner and due date, and save. This ensures the discussion is converted into a clear, trackable action item with accountability.

Additionally, you can add a task in Performance Scoring directly from the meeting platform by clicking New Task at the top of any Scorecard from within a meeting.
