Rolling out Performance Scoring shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Our goal is simple: help your leadership team learn the platform while actively using it in real meetings.

Over four weeks, we guide you step-by-step so that by the end, your team is confidently running structured Executive Leadership Meetings and using the platform independently.

You won’t just “learn features.”
You’ll build rhythm.

Tip: Prior to your first Session, our team encourages you to read through our Admin 3-Step Setup Guide.

What This Roadmap Really Does

Instead of overwhelming your team with features, we:

  • Teach in manageable steps
  • Apply learning immediately
  • Build habits through real meetings
  • Keep things practical and focused
  • Make sure nothing feels rushed

By the end of the four weeks, Performance Scoring won’t feel like “new software.”
It will feel like the way your leadership team operates.
